Business and brand strategy

MandellCorporate promotes my business, methods, skills, experience, vision, values and approach as a lawyer. My service approach will appeal to mid-market public and private companies, investors, shareholders, directors and entrepreneurs. My goals are to deliver innovative legal solutions. My vision is to explore new boundaries in the provision of in house and external legal services for the benefit of clients and fellow professionals.

I am used to working with corporate clients including Brokers and Nomads, public companies, NEDS, entrepreneurs and private companies, early stage to listed.

Working Protocols

I often hire external lawyers to work with on an agreed client relationship protocol . I instruct lawyers on the basis of finding the best lawyer for the client, referrals do not generate commissions for MandellCorporate. I hire external law firms when required on an agreed scope and fee structure with bases and assumptions attached. If the scope or bases of an assignment change in a material respect, it is my responsibility to agree the changes with my clients before additional fees are rendered.

MandellCorporate operates as ‘In- House General Counsel’ to arrange, manage and deliver corporate led legal services. Our approach to legal services has been designed for mid-market public and private companies, investors, shareholders, directors and entrepreneurs.

MandellCorporate was founded as a legal business consultancy in January 09 on the goodwill and values I have established with my city clients in the past 20 years. My aim is to develop a business model for corporate legal services suited to the changing economic and business environment. It is an ever changing and exciting endeavour. In December 09, I applied for and obtained recognition with the Solicitors Regulatory Authority to operate a law firm .

· when required I arrange full service transaction teams from established UK and overseas law firms on the same founding principles to work under my client relationship protocols.
